Was a little skeptical at first because none of my standard ACH redemptions were working and needed support to add the funds back into my account. There must’ve been an issue with my bank. After adding my debit card and trying the instant redemption, the redemption was instantly processed and I saw it in my bank account. Great experience overall and fully legit. Customer service could be a little better but I recommend this site (partially biased because it was very good to me).
